Alina and her team coordinated our wedding and were simply amazing! We got married 5th March, on the coast with a tsunami evacuation warning and Alina was there on time dealing with all sorts of challenges above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment we met with Alina we knew she was the one; getting married at home is a lot more work than you could ever imagine and coming from an event management background myself I knew it was money well spent having someone experienced to coordinate in the lead up and on the day. We can't thank you enough for bringing our dream wedding to life x
Alina is amazing, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without her and we couldn't recommend Alina and her team more. If you're planning a wedding and want it to be stress free, seamless and the best day ever then make sure you have Alina as part of your team - words can't explain just how amazing she is! Alina co-ordinated our day and the month prior, she made sure everything was covered and that all our vendors were organised so that nothing was a surprise on the day. We navigated a change of date through covid and Alina was a dream to work with throughout the whole process. We knew our wedding day was going to be one of the biggest days of our lives and it felt so comforting knowing that Alina was co-ordinating our day. We had complete trust in her and her team and they absolutely nailed it going above and beyond. Thank you Alina, we love you!
Alina & the team at wild & whim were so incredibly helpful & an essential part of our amazing day in December 2022 I was a bit late to book wild & whim as I thought I was super organised & really did love the wedding planning process already. However the major benefit was that she was able to take everything that was in my mind & put it in hers. I knew I would always remember how I felt in the lead up & because Alina took control I was able to be super relaxed. No setting up tables or panicking the night before instead I spent the day enjoying the sunshine at the beach with friends & family! She was so amazing & her communication was fantastic. I felt like I was the only bride she had at that time although I knew she the was juggling so many. On the day Alina & Georgia did so many little things that made a huge difference. Our day ran so smoothly & I really loved not knowing the exact timing of everything & where we needed to be at bevsuse she took control of this. I was truly able to be sooo relaxed & enjoy every moment rather than worrying if we were behind schedule. I couldn’t recommend Alina more & am so sad our wedding day is over as it truly was the best day of our life & made even better by our amazing vendors!!
Alina is absolutely amazing, she coordinated our wedding through 2 postponements and went above and beyond for us, we could not have done it without her. She has such extensive knowledge of the industry and is so helpful with any vendor recommendations you may need. She truly thinks of everything, all the little things that I would never have thought of. On the day she and her team were incredible so helpful and supportive, especially because we had our 7 month old baby there and they were always checking if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. Also, the set up was stunning. Everyone from our bridal party to family/guests commented about how amazing they were. We will never be able to thank Alina enough for everything she did for us. If you are unsure about having a coordinator/planner I would highly recommend it and you will be so thankful to have Alina and her team on board. We love you Alina, thank you so much
Aline is absolutely the best, hands down. Our wedding day was all we wished it would be. We didn't have to worry about anything. She went above and beyond for us. We can whole heartily say we would hire her all over again. Multiple emails, texts, meetings, phone calls, Wild&Whim always had everything super organised and were on top of every single detail. Highly recommend Alina and her team!
We worked on a beautiful wedding organized by the team at Wild & Whim and we were blown away by the way they operated to ensure a great outcome for the client. The day had various obstacles due to unforseen weather, but the team managed to overcome this and deliver a spectacular wedding. We hope to work with them again in the future.
Could not recommend more highly if I tried. 10/10 across the board for communication and completion of our wedding from start to finish. Totally nailed my theme and hope for the wedding. Went above and beyond to accommodate the rain storm we had . Best money we spent for the wedding .

Thank you so much to Alina and the team at Wild & Whim! We wanted a wedding coordinator who we could 100% trust to run the day – and Alina was all that and more! I felt relaxed the whole day and that’s because I knew Alina was running the show in the background. Alina is so knowledgeable, has a strong eye for detail and styling. I would 100% recommend Wild & Whim to any brides who are thinking about booking a wedding coordinator or planner.
It's hard to put this in a few words but Alina was amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. Planning a wedding during a COVID added another level of admin plus stress but Alina was always there to walk me through and calm my mind. She fast became my sounding board, which I know my husband was happy about, she went well above her duties as our wedding coordinator, I was not even the slightest bit stressed on our wedding day since I knew that Alina was handling all the details. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect, if only we could do it all over again.
