We all struggle with fear, but for some of us the fear is dictating the very decisions we make on a daily basis. It need not be this way, we can evict it.
Fear isn’t always bad; there is healthy fear and unhealthy fear. We should for instance, have a healthy fear of danger; this fear assists us with survival. There is also the neutral kind of fear, you know, “no worries, be happy.” It is the fear that debilitates, weakens and incapacitates us that is of concern. This kind of fear alarms us, causes trembling, phobias and paranoia. Fear can be so terribly debilitating and almost impossible to break free of. In this book we look at what fear looks like when it is ruling and we will go down the road to find out how we got into this state in the first place. We take a look at how fear can grow into something much bigger than we ever expected and what options we have – stick with fear or fight for freedom. The latter part of the book contains a toolbox full of eviction strategies on how to get free, stay free and live free.
