Great customer service, especially when you're $5 short lol thanks guys !
Terrible customer service ever had experienced.nnTwo staff members on the counter were unbearable with their behaviour and attitude.nnYou need to either train the staff properly or you might need a replacement.nnAll the best to the business if they have employees having this attitudennDon’t deserve even one star if an option popped up With something negative I would have given negative.
Nothing ruins your day more than getting a bad customer service by staff. I personally never expected that bad customer service from one of the busiest businesses in whangerei. A customer may forget what you said but they ill never forget how you made them feel. Staff need a proper customer service training atleast.
Friendly staff, reasonable everyday low prices but specials aren't as good as other places. A mission to get out of during most daylight hours though due to heavy traffic flow and very little immediate parking outside store with no disabled parking spots.
Such friendly service & always greeted with a smile
