I love this place it's got something for everyone.... I love most of the staff.... but the manager is so cold and unapproachable that she also goes out of her day to make your experience there miserable. She talks like your beneath her and really makes me not want to go in when i see her on. I asked her for assistance and she was so unhelpful I couldn't believe what I was hearing
It's a good size thrift store. There is a decent range of items but primarily clothes. They do also sell furniture and minimal toys or cutlery.
Shop used to be great but please guys enforce mask wearing. Really. Have been for three days in a row and every single times multiple people inside not wearing a mask nor being asked for an exemption, some even jocking between one another saying they haven’t been asked to wear one. I understand that people might get confrontational, but covid is a serious thing and not strictly enforcing mask wearing is putting all your customers at risk.
You don’t care about the health and safety of your customers , your workers don’t wear masks when it’s mandatory to wear masks in businesses or shops with front facing customers. I will make donations to the hospice shop only , in future. if your workers have “exemption s” then they are supposed to work away from customers. Check on the Work Safe website.
5 stars for Carol the store would not be the same with out her I have been shopping here for years and always great customer service , she's is genuinely friendly and helpful.
They have the nicest staff, always smiling and helping. I love how they have coffee shop inside. Very clean merchandize and very reasonable price. Parking is good too.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming , store is clean, tidy and very welcoming, always worth a browse and I'm sure you'll come out with something you never imagined you would
Lovely ladies working there. They have a really neat recycled section where the clothes are up-cycled and other cute up-cycled things are for sale too. So cool!
Great store, lovely staff, well stocked second hand clothing and household items
Great shop and location. Friendly staff. I have received also by post beautiful Barbie dolls and a talking doll in perfect condition and at great prices.
