The education of your child at Whangaparaoa involves the development of a positive relationship between home and school. Amazing principal and staff, especially Jane and Nikki in the office , always friendly approachable. So nice to see a principal greet every student in a morning and know their name. We were gutted we had to pull out son out but we moved areas. Best 4 years of my sons life at that school and my daughter loved it too who is now college age.
A really great school, my child attends. I also think opportunity for growth on the cultural diversity & inclusion front, and luv to see less traditional teaching methods.
Absolutely amazing school! The teachers and principal go up and beyond for these pupils. Such a great community vibe with the school as well.
I was an international student for 3 months about 14 years ago. I remember the tutors were so nice and kind to every student. Loved the pool!!!!! Love NZWant to visit here some time :3
Great school, great teachers, great opportunities, my kids love it!
At the time of writing this review the School was unable to tell us if they will be running Religious Instruction during schools hours. We look forward to them updating us when they have made a decision. They currently engage the services of a counselor from the Baptist Church via Coast Families Trust. We are concerned that a councilor from a religious organisation may evangelize vulnerable students and promote church based services.
We're pretty happy with this school. Most staff are good and the school is up to date and well managed.
I seriously wish I could've stayed here for longer than a year and a half as a kid. I loved all of my teachers and the environment.
