Parking is usually quite easy to find just outside the front doors. Close enough that if it rains you wont get too wet. Quite a spread layout. Quiet areas to do some work. Facilities are good.
Lovely library but unfortunately it’s extremely loud, even in the designated quiet study/work area – with children crying, screaming, and running around. It felt more like a kindergarten than a library. Sadly, I won’t be returning as it’s impossible to get any work done in such a noisy environment.
Beautiful tranquil environment, open flowing layout with plenty of room for elderly to manoeuvre walkers etc, with accessibility ramps too. Lovely professional staff in plentiful supply.
School holiday activities were good. Lots of activities through the library for matariki wish it had them all the time.loved the flax making.
Always very helpful. You can drop off rate rebate forms for the council here and get help if you need it.
