My mum purchased a shirt for me for Christmas which was the wrong size. The team were more than accommodating in helping me swap this over. Very friendly staff. Love shopping At this store .
Horrible customer service. The staff have no critical thinking when it comes to their socail media or with confrontation. The staff profiled a paying customer and falsy accused them of stealing and then blasted their faces and vehicle on socail media even when they couldn't actually tell if something was being stolen, more importantly because nothing was.....I Cannot believe the poor excuse of an apology that was offered to those paying customers. The staff member/s admitted they weren't even sure if anything was taken yet still made the post...nThe owner and manager/s needs to train the staff how to respectfully confront people when they think they saw something sus. There should also be dedicated trusted, responsible person managing their socail media not the staff member who is going to go around willynilly accusing people of stealing... Disappointing.
It's the only store in Whangnaui I experience discrimation. Consistently.nnI really want to spend my money here but it's not happening, there are better stores in town like Wilson's Hunting and Outdoors, who give good service and advice, and the only colour they care about is green.
Pretty stock standard in respect of Hunting&Fishing stores around the country.nGood for a browse.nThe staff were good - welcoming and conversant but not on you like a vulture which was appreciated.nId be happy to come back here however they do have significant competition within Wanganui.n from me.
Dealt with a rude young lady today over the phone when she was enquiring about a purchase, I made october last year, bare in mind the items purchased obviously weren't cheap. She had tone and attitude but when I was talking it was respectful. Not a fan of the customer service. The products/place themselves were 10/10 the service from her, 2 out of 10.
