A great place for an ice-cream if you're passing on a hot day. Whananaki is a pretty place and the winding road is a lovely drive with the roof down on your cabriolet.

I went there with my colleague who had an amazing experience with fish and chips here. I was disappointed and so does he! He said it's not what he had before. The fish was a bit raw and chips were ok. May be it's just us who didn't had an amazing experience. Still plenty of other food options to try for.
Deep fried takeaways isn't supposed to be Soggy
Great store and and service for a small town. Don't feel ripped off as sometimes you do with the only store in small towns.
Went 1000 times while camping, the cafes abit expensive but understandable because they are a small business
