Not really a hotel - more of a hostel.nClean bed but grubby floors. Photo online looked lovely. Good as far as restaurants/cafes etc and water views nearby.
Staff very rude. Asked for a beer today while pouring it stated it’s going to be a cold night and was told just swipe your card. They just lost an out of town customer and I will share my experience with my friends. Very sad especially when you witnessed there contact with local people there and totally different body language.
This hotel is an old, classic establishment from an era when it was the only place to stay in town. I love history and this place is loaded with it. Look beyond the faded glory of worn carpets, etc and enjoy the ambience and decor.nIt is right in the middle of town and is a good price. It has a good kitchen, a lovely, shared lounge with a deck looking over the main street.nThe management has been painting the outside so hopefully they will continue to update it in keeping with its historic looks as they can afford to.nModern, slick motels are soooo boring.
Just popped in for a quick drink with friends before heading out for a meal, friendly staff. Good service
Perfect settling/location. Great food and drinks. Awesome atmosphere
