Had an accident at work, split my forehead open 4cm deep cut right through the muscle, the Doc did a great job stitching it together but that was 8 and a half hours 'later' of me walking in that morning, I'll be more careful in future because waiting that long is ridiculous for any patient, yes I know they're under staffed and under paid but at the cost of the patient's, one old lady was wheeled in my a nurse and was still sitting there 3 hours later waiting, poor old thing was still waiting when I got out, another chap left after 2 hours waiting, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous however the cleaner vacuuming the entrance was the worker off the Day
My husband Peter John Curley recently was admitted to the Day Stay Unit for an I V infusion of Aclasta to strengthen his bones which were found to be thinning after a fall where he broke his hip and had to have a hip replacement .nWe both want to say how very wonderful the care was while we were in this unit and to thank all the staff there!nThet were absolutely faultlessly brilliant in the care given to him abd to me when I was with him there.n10 out of 10! Could not have been better!nTHANK YOU ALL.
My daughter had bloods booked in. They were all so lovely, attentive and helpful. They noticed small things they could help with and took my other two young ones out for distraction. Such a better experience than what we had in Hamilton. Thank you
