My 1st exam 2 yrs ago good, painless. Now I'm struggling to get a 2nd appt. They seem closed. Contact page on Website doesn't work very well. Went to someone else.
Had a wisdom tooth removed. I received enough pain relief that it did not hurt at all. Was a difficult tooth, but the dentist and dentist assistant were very kind
Always hard to contact, I went in for a check up & was told I needed a tooth removed, booked in & turned up to get it removed, dentist didn't talk much & didn't seem very friendly, had problems removing it and never reassured me at all was very brutal ending up with stickers that even went up past the next two teeth in front off one been removed, I have had multiple teeth removed before & never had any like this, I didn't receive any follow-up emails or calls to see if I was OK afterwards.. Bad service for the price I payed, wasn't a great experience. definitely wouldn't recommend
First trip to the dentist in a long time. Clear explanations of what was wrong, a clear plan for treatment and a reasonable cost. No pain during treatment. Would highly recommend.
my visit to Whakatane Dental this morning was awesome, I was greeted by a friendly lady and made me feel comfortable and at ease and the tooth extraction done by the dentist was quick and painless of which I appreciate it as I really don't enjoy visiting a dentist but with Whakatane Dental staff made my visit enjoyable and if I need dental work for sure ill visit here again o yes music was playing which ease my nervousness, thanks Whakatane Dental.
Best experience at a Dental clinic like ever! Where have you's been all my teeth life . Thanks so much for your professional friendly service and care.
