This place is the safest environment I've ever had the pleasure of going to.  Bring your children to class here, adults welcomed, training and fitness individualized.  What's not to love about the place???

Dropped in tonight for 2 great classes run by Phil and Dougal with some awesome input from Travis. Really friendly and welcoming club used to travelers so definitely worth heading in for a roll if you’re in the area.

Highly recommended.
