Great variety of fish and aquatic pets, some I haven’t seen in other pet stores! Cages and aquariums looked clean, and I heard an employee giving out great care info to a customer. Great experience!
Thank you Eric and his team for your exceptional service today! . My partner and I were approached by a friendly staff member who was very helpful. She let us cuddle the puppies my partner and I were interested in. Store manager arrived shortly afterwards and was very professional, kind, gave honest advice, was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the animals. Could tell they are well cared for. Best pet store in Palmy!. Thanks heaps for our puppy we love her to bits .
I learned some history about this pet store and it's been in the region for a long time and compared to other pet retailers they're very fair. The cat and dog section the animals are very well looked after and the fish water is clear as a crystal lake. Pricewise coming from a big city extremely cheap You guys have it so lucky in the man or two it is reset to see so many negative comments A lot of people may come into the store to take the kids around like a zoo tour and these people give you the time of day even though you're not buying anything and I've got a business to run. I saw a post about people stealing from this business so just like everyone else I've got to contend with that and they still put on a smile so I give them this review wholeheartedly knowing that they're trying their very best to give customers what they require to the best of their knowledge and ability well done.
Very disappointed at the professionalism our 10 yr was greeted with on Sunday afternoon. After endless research about Guinea Pigs he wanted to look into what Wet pets provided for when he gets his new friends. He asked if they sold Timothy Hay and was greeted with laughing and saying 'didnt realise hay has names, this one's Geoffrey' and they didnt even bother engaging further as to what they sell as clearly their knowledge isn't extensive enough they felt the need to act immature and childish.nSafe to say we will not be making any purchases in there!
Took some fish in here and felt with the owner amd he was great gave us a lot of great advice gave us a really good deal just an all round great shop just be warned everything looks so cute in this shop I had to drag wife and daughter from here before we had adopted multiple kittens puppies and chicks great place to visit great people to deal with. Stop in say gday.
