Took the grandkids to have a look at some animals, they had a lot of different ones, even some goats. They looked well looked after and the place was clean
Poor customer service. Didn’t even give me the chance to pick the animal I truely wanted, although I love him, was very upsetting that they were just trying to rush me out the door. Gave me no information about my animals. When I tried to ring was the same outcome, poor customer service again and even put me on hold for no reason. Disappointed as I know there is great customer servers that do work there, some not so much.
Gutted to be making this review, I have been a regular customer for a long time, I have come in weekly to get water and equipment for my fish, have been friendly with the staff and they all know me - not to mention I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at wet pets on my fur baby’s. I went there today to purchase 3 dog collars - there were no staff in site - everyone that used to work there was no where to be seen, I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes to buy these collars and I eventually peeped my head into the office to say hello and that I needed assistance with making a purchase.. the guy just stared at me and then looked away. I took my business elsewhere, don’t know what’s happened to this place. Loyal customer will not be returning.
I went to buy a kitten a ragdoll crossed with a domestic, they told me it was a girl it was a boy, they sold him to me for $100 more expensive than what was told to me previously, he came home with fleas and infested my house, I was given a stock image photo of the mother ragdoll and was promised it was the mother, it obviously was not as the photo originated in Texas and has a stock image watermark. Extremely disappointing, I was not given my $100 difference even when I brought it up to the owner. Not only that but the owner was quite rude to one of the female workers while helping me. Would not recommend at all. Terrible service and a not so great owner. Would love to have this resolved and get my $100 difference back but it’s unlikely given previous customer service.
We brought a kitten in June and should of realized it was too young. She got sick with ringworm after 2 weeks and has been sick with something ever since we got her. We have spent hundreds at the vet. We have cats before but never one with this many issues.nI would be interested to know if anyone who brought a domestic tabby kitten around June/July have had similar problems. There was a litter of around 5, they were normal moggy kittens, not ragdolls.
