They don’t answer the phone, and after the 4th time I gave up. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they haven’t even responded to my emails. This was a disaster, just use any of the other companies that offer the same white water rafting trip. You truly get what you pay for. 100% not worth the headache.

Very poor customer service and response. Struggling to rebook due to covid, so I've paid again to another operator. Just seems a little like they dont care as they are shutting down soon. Very disappointing.

Shout out to Pete, Mikey, Hannah and Andrew for the awesome experience!Had the most epic adventure out on a world class rivers. We had so much fun on the Kaituna trip, we had to book in another on the Wairoa. Such a blast, thanks heaps Wet 'n' Wild!!!

Rafting the Rangitaiki was the highlight of our Rotorua trip. This was my second tour with Pete and both of them were filled with breathtaking scenery, adventure and lots of fun. My muscles were a bit sore the next day but that won't stop me from coming back for another trip :
