I actually wouldn't even give one star ....I sent a couple questions on line about the the pet oder remover and a back ground about my situation which is a serious problem . A older lady from Auckland rang me straight away and was helpful in in answering these and i felt along with the review s that this product was the answer and I was about to make a order ....but !!!!! She forgot to hang up the phone and I heard her telling the other staff member ...that wasn't too bad I thought she was going to be a hysterical wingeing old lady ....and how she would put the stupid dogs outside who lets them do that ....and she went on and on being very rude about me for over 5 min I hung up in the end ... I'm discusted at her attitude and very upset and now out of principle I don't want to buy the product out of principle sad now what do I donnI would like to add that I was contacted by the company and gave me a huge apology this was well received I was offered a free container of the product I was very happy to get it and try it out unfortunately it didn't preform as I would have hoped
Always excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very professional and in particular today Jenny was so awesome!
