First time I ever went in the lady I got was quite rude and jumped to conclusions assuming I wasn't already with the bank and said I wasn't aloud a debit card because I didn't have a 'valid' photo ID etc etc, I was with the bank btw but she just move on to the next person... So I left. Like almost a year later I went back in and I got this SUPER NICE guy and he was just amazing, applied for my debit card in almost no time at all and so I came back in once my card arrived to activate it and the lady I got this time was really nice too.. so I got lucky those two visits. So because of these two they get a four star rating but that last one star didn't quite make it just because of my fist visit!
It really helps if the staff at the branch can give ACCURATE information on what you can and can’t do online. My partner and I were told we could set up a joint account online but when we proceeded to do so we were told we had to go to a branch to do this which we had already donenSurely it isn’t that hard!
Personally I have been forced into learning a new skill with on - line banking. The assistance and help I have had from Matthew has been exemplary and I wish to thank him via this media
Absolutely awful. Two tellers who are forced to spend time teaching people how to do online banking or use ATM's instead of giving service to the long queue who have been waiting for ages. Not a good place to be if you are inclined to high blood pressure.
I went in today and there was 20+ people waiting and 1 teller on. Get some more staff on you slimey big wigs.
