Very run down we did extra cleaning,place not up to standard. Cleaners were helpful however we needed to keep asking for things tried our best to leave the place better than we found it. Showers were disgusting. 2/5 please improve.
Our room was okay.nWe were very disappointed about the the shared kitchen, which is in a desolate condition. The kitchen is not cleaned daily. In the morning we had to clean the kitchen tools first, before making breakfast.nTools as knifes are in bad condition. Basic equipment like tabs for the dishwasher or salt is just missing.nWe just fell not really being at a comfortable home.nOn the other hand the garden outside is in a nice condition and you can have a nice view at landscape during breakfast or dinner, if the wheather allows it.nFor the given price we had much better appartments in new zealand, which were in excellent conditions.
We had the most pleasant stay ever. It is definitely kid friendly and welcoming. I have to say that the decor was amazing. Every small thing was handpicked and beautiful. Best place to stay if you visit rotorua.
Stayed here for a couple days. The facilities are a little run down and need a bit of a facelift. It’s located in a nice quiet area where you can smell the fresh air and see the lamas.nnThe owners/ people running this place don’t speak English so communication is a bit challenging.nnAlso, it’s normal tv and it didn’t work for me while I was there. So if you are staying in for no apparent reason, don’t expect to watch TV.
Stayed here in July 2018 with family 9 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of space, big rooms, good proximity to Rotorua attractions, helpful host.nProperty was tired and needed more maintenance, dishwasher didn’t work due to being very dirty, there were exposed wires in a bathroom and bedroom, beds very uncomfortable, found underwear etc left behind by previous guests.
