We were taken while visiting down there. If you're hungry they do good size meals from $22 upwards. The chicken, bacon dish and ham steak meal really stood out. Very casual dinning and pub off dinning room area
Sorry to say but not very good service & in the need of some TLC
We enjoyed a steak, eggs and chips today. They seem to have a special on Tues and Wed to get that for $10.99. Well worth it. Steak cooked perfectly. Friendly service.
The new waitress lacks the necessary skills to run a restaurant, hoping for some improvements here. Got takeaways last night, fish always great, chips bàrely cooked.....
If you're after a quick takeaway bite but aren't a fan of the big chain burger joints, the WM Tavern is worth a try. Not gourmet but definitely fills the spot.
This is a 70s old style tavern. It's not fancy, and the decor certainly needs a going-over, but it's real Kiwi. Good nosh and good beer.
