Fantastic team of professionals at a lovely clinic, easy to phone through and always seen promptly. I appreciate their time management is great also. We have a lot of confidence in the team to care for our family, thank you.
My partner wanted a test sent to the lab, went before about it, said he needed to come in for a separate appointment. My doctor said he just needs to call nurse, request test be sent to lab. Simple, but no the Receptionist insisted he had to make an appointment in person because they need to examine him etc and do the test there. They did neither in person and therefore did not need to see the doctor in person. Not to mention seeing a different doctor every time. This medical centre is only interested in making money and ripping off their patients in the process.
Waited over half an hour to be seen. Brought up just two very personal and important medical problems, hence why I made the appointment with Dr Hill in the first place, but he completely bypassed the second medical issue and said he will look into that another time. I didn't pay 55 dollars, take time off work and drive over 40 minutes to discuss only one simple thing, when I am even within my 15 minutes of time I am elicited too. And then been told I have to make another appointment and pay another $55 just to ask for a test he could of arranged on my first appointment and at the same time I go to the lab for the other test. This is a subject you can't just put on the back burner, for another time when it is convenient for the doctor and at my expense. It was unprofessional and shows Dr Hill has zero compassion to expect me to put it on hold. I'll be looking at changing medical centres. Not impressed.
Money hungry, no compassion. No care, no thought. Ripoff artists. Not even sure if anyone here is licensed. Surprised this place is still in business
