ANDY WATT a locum nearly a year ago took me of my inhalers for COPD. Because he looked at the wrong lung function test from 7 years ago instead of 3 years ago. Where it is serious to cronic. And he didnt evenput on my notes id been there. Since then I've fought to get inhalers back lung function tests for myself and husband. Waste of time. They don't understand depression or aniexty. Some of the nurses and reception are rude. We're 71. If you want to die early go there. The only decent doctor there is Richard but hes always full up. The locums do not know your health history and they don't care.
Fantastic welcome when I joined the practice. The nurse and doctor I was seen by were so informative and I left with a plan moving forward. So lacking in many appointments these days. So, thank you very much for helping me.
Had difficulty breathing and chest pains so i rushed to Buller hospital, was then told to sit in reception and to register etc. was sat for about an hour NO sense of urgency nor was i allowed to go over to ER because apparently another paitent had been rushed in, said by the reception desk. Felt like i had no support and even when trying to explain to the doctor about how my chest felt she had cut me off several times.
Did a great job stitching me up after a cut on the eyelid. Plastic surgeon level stuff@
I have to commend the team at Buller Health for their professional and prompt service I received this afternoon. As someone who very rarely goes there, I was in and out promptly, treated professionally and respectfully and found all staff welcoming; friendly and helpful : Thankyou ladies, staff, nurses and doctors, I'm sure it can't be easy for you all at times!
