Me and my friend when there to get blood work done my friend puked 2 times it was a hot day we walked for hours no water or food cuz she would puke the nurse took 6 things of blood so my friend fainted and was a bit out of it for a second and the nurse has the nerves to ask if we where on drugs and was rude the hole time
I have to commend the team at Buller Health for their professional and prompt service I received this afternoon. As someone who very rarely goes there, I was in and out promptly, treated professionally and respectfully and found all staff welcoming; friendly and helpful : Thankyou ladies, staff, nurses and doctors, I'm sure it can't be easy for you all at times!
The care at buller medical/new hospital here is terrible. I went to get a medical certificate renewed for massive depression and grievances given the man that raised me had just died and was told by Deb Locum that I had to get out of the depression I was in, I'm not allowed to be this way and she put on my certificate that I was able to go back to full time work, not hearing my situation and fast judgement only to put me in a deeper depression by telling me how and when I should act and be. She shouldn't be allowed to practice if she doesn't get what depression and grievances is.
most of the staff were lovely and very helpful and understanding!nexpect one of the female nurses was extremely rude and unprofessional, insulted me/my appearance and accused me of lying about my medical condition multiple times.She should not be in healthcare.
My mother went down and was told go to gray mouth for what they said was strepthroat and said they are open 10-12 and there schedules say 10 till 4 so I'm very disappointed in our Healthcare and I believe we need an overhaul of staff and schedules
