We dealt with Mahir on 25 October 2022 and we are thankful for his excellent customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. He promised to provide us what we need on the following day but instead we received his email after 4 hours. That’s a good example of under promising and over delivery. West Nissan is lucky to have him.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. Came here as my car CD player wasn’t working and they reset my battery and fixed the problem at no charge. Outstanding and highly recommend.

More details after I have finished my latest transaction - We will see what their customer service is like then - As of the 6th Jan `23 I have completed the purchase of my 2023 Qashqai - I cannot fault the service given to me by the sales team "Kirstie and Mahir" were most helpful,  - There was a little delay in getting the new car, however, as I changed the model specification, that has to lay squarely with me - Will I be buying my next "Qashqai" from this dealership? Most definitely! and it will be getting serviced there as well, overall a great team to deal with

Please be careful of Buying Nissan Pathfinders here.. I bought brand new in 2015 January and the SUV was leaking water. I found out and complained and they were not admitting initially and had to go to MVDT with my dispute. They offered me a 2019 Pathfinder as replacement brand new with a CASH TOP up from me but that Pathfinder was also leaking so I returned within days. I then ended up with a Disputes Tribunal Case and they had to repair my vehicle in 2018. But it started to leak again I found out just now and will be visiting soon with my vehicle. Only done 75000kms from 2015 - 2022  Avoid Nissans

Place was closed Labour weekend but sales person was generous in trying to solve problem. Good service

West Nissan again with ripping off customers first I ordered brand new front tyres through them for my truck they somehow thought I wouldn’t spot the second hand tyres which I had complained about and because they got caught they insisted I bring my truck back in to install new ones which should have been done in the first place  secondly  was the booking of my vehicle for service not only did I book for 10:00am but ended up getting my vehicle back at 17:00 pm along with no service done for the requests I made specifically the changing of my brakes which was not done given the fact that they had my vehicle for 7 hours. I would rather get my vehicle fully serviced elsewhere where they don’t rip people off and carry out half done jobs nor the requests of customers. Do better Nissan !!

Enquired about a leaf and any manufacturers warranty. Advised has the outstanding left so about till 2026. Drive 60km to view and test drive. Identified that it was an import Japanese buttons. Surprise, surprise no warranty. Totally wasted my time and let's be honest you knew it was an import when I originally asked.. this was clearly not an honest mistake by the way you handled it.
