Amazing service - actually beyond amazing - would highly recommend

If you’re going to buy a bike, buy it from a bike shop. And if you’re going to go to a bike shop I’d recommend Wensley Cycles! Thanks for dropping the bikes off too!! The buggy is amazing!
Save yourself the trouble and go to Dunedin for all your bicycle needs. I asked for a quote had to book and wait a week. Took it in had to wait another week for a call. Very expensive. Rude and arrogant staff who all say something different. Not helpful or friendly, running a monopoly as the only bike shop in town. 0 out of 10.

We have shopped here before with no issues, stopped in to discuss a minor issue and was talking to a young man from the workshop, his arrogance was appalling and if that shows their after sales service then guess its best to shop somewhere else
Amazing bike shop with exceptional customer service. I contacted Wensley"s regarding a bike box so I could pack my bike for the flight home after finishing the Tour Aotearoa route. Rob the owner went above and beyond to help me out. It is quite clear Rob cares about his customers and wants to do the best for them. Highly recommend.
Staff were very helpful
stopped in with a loose timing chain on my tandem the staff member provided some improvised tools and we tightened up, no charge, I appreciated his willingness to help looks like a well appointed shop with lots of kit and accessories
