Amazing classic Wendy’s chain. Not too busy when I visited with really friendly staff. They provide table service for dine in customers which is extremely rare for fast food and the store is always kept clean and tidy. While the outside of the store looks old, the inside has been recently refurbished and has the newer Wendy’s logo! The burger was made fresh and the fries taste like McDonalds fries but thicker with the same salt taste. Nuggets were good and free hot sauce and ketchup is available! Definitely a store worth visiting!
Haven’t tried Wendy’s for years and finally decided to have a go. Pretty average overall. Car park is dodgy and looks dangerous. Service was a bit slow lots of Uber eats drivers were waiting. Drink cups were huge but fries sizes were extremely small. Burger patties were small. Code for the e toilet is a rule so we better follow it. Also it’s not very cheap so you’ve have to make your choice wisely

Highly recommended, very clean and friendly staff. not busy or crowded, hence why I enjoyed it more. Food is fresh. No issues with anything staff are very helpful. After taking my order, I was asked to have a seat & staff bought my food out. Well mannered 10/10 Kid-friendliness: Staff were really good to my kids when they went up to ask for something. Good kids menu. Food is fresh 10/10 Parking: Under ground carpark heaps of parking available. There are no issues there. 10/0
Great place to dine in. The workers done an amazing job making the food. Will be going back here to eat again many times as I want. I give Wendy's Mount Eden more than 5 stars.Food: 5/5
It's fine. Food is standard Wendy's fare and comes quickly. The parking area downstairs is real dodgy though - trash everywhere and just generally creepy, plus the tile floor seems to be perpetually slippery. Parking: There's a good amount of parking out the back and under the building.
Wendys was my first meal of the day. I was starving. To order was a wait, the wait for our food was approx 20 mins then the food we got was not ours. We advised the server and he brought our food but forgot part of the order so we had to remind him again. Also he said the vanilla frosty was better than choc, I trusted him....it was not better. Tomato sauce was skint, there was no salt packets. The carpark seemed super dodgy and weird. Overall....no bueno.
Went through the drive through and ordered 3 burgers, 2 of them came with things missing. The first was without cheese as the person talking the order didn’t take note, the second was without the chicken! The main part of the burger!! We didn’t notice until we got home so couldn’t be bothered going back. I called to complain and my complaint was hardly acknowledged. I will not be returning.
The new decor makes it feel like you're eating in a prison mess hall. Cold and soulless. It's devoid of atmosphere and definitely not welcoming.Food: 3/5
