One super friendly staff, one not so much. Arrived 20 minutes before closing to be abruptly reminded by the not so friendly staff member that they close in 20 minutes, I was very aware of that fact. Other than that no problems and would have been a 5 star but for the grumpy staff member stating the obvious in a scowling manner.
will not be retuning. Customer service has gone downhill since last time we vistied. We visitied on 26/10 to pick up a preordered prescription and a mouthguard for my son and was told they had not received this order and to wait for a manager. Had no time to wait so we left.
Wellsford Pharmacy is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s filling prescriptions, offering expert advice, or just providing great customer service, they never disappoint. The store is well-stocked with a great range of health products, and the service is always prompt. It’s wonderful to have such a reliable and welcoming pharmacy in the community. Highly recommend!
A great local store staffed by enthusiastic local staff.
Several female staff can be frequently seen simply standing around chatting. I waited 20-30 minutes for my prescription. Even proper franchised chemists like chemist warehouse are more friendly and efficient despite having far more customers. For a small town pharmacy it is really disappointing to see a lack of communication and work ethic to support their local community. Never going back.
