Story

We're open from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays we're open from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

We are situated in the middle of Wellsford and run a full dispensary service including blister packaging and Medicine Use Review services, medicines information, synchronising of your medicine supplies etc. We are always happy to discuss any medication problems with you.

We pride ourselves on stocking an excellent range of over the counter medicines, first aid requirements, supports and sports aids, natural health products ( Including Malcolm Harker,) gifts and homeware, Linden Leaves, Trilogy, L'Oreal, Natio & Sukin and other skincare ranges, Revlon & Designer Brands cosmetics, babycare, suncare, bathroom supplies and an extensive range of jewellery. We also stock an excellent range of fine fragrance including YSL fragrances ( Opium, Baby Doll, Parisienne etc ), Gucci, Elizabeth Arden fragrances, Calvin Klein, Versace etc. We are also the home of "My Time" Beauty Bar which includes beauty treatments such as facials, lash & brow bar, manicures, gel nails, make-overs and make-up lessons, and ear-piercing. We take passport photos and also have an instant print and overnight photographic kiosk. We also run a Weight Loss clinic instore with weekly or fortnightly follow-ups according to need.

We have used this pharmacy a lot over the years. I have always found the staff friendly and lovely , the pharmacists have always been helpful and put my mind at ease. I visited a few times throughout the pandemic while being heavily pregnant and they were nothing but accommodating. I have brought my children in a number of times for various things and they have always been helpful and friendly to my children also. I love their range of products especially the little kiddies section :.
Lovely retail staff but dispensary Staff are not so much, have had several occasions of being dismissed and told will follow up and neglected to, phoning in advance to have my repeats done only to arrive and they are just doing it now half an hour to an hour later, also my last visit I arrived just before closing to get a simple item the retail staff allowed me in to purchase only to be told by the male pharmacist who works there that they won't serve me in a very patronizingmanner, wasted my time letting me in and was very rude about it. Will be moving my business to warkworth, i get the impression this pharmacy thinks they can treat locals however they want as they are the closest in the area. Very disappointing service
Alright, has good range of products and friendly staff. They helped my wife find a skin cream after a lengthy conversation regarding skin issues. Although my wife spent far too long discussing this, the staff were not pushy, showing signs of irritability, they were patient and super helpful. Definitely stopping there again if we are in a pinch.
I suffer from back pain and can be quite severe to the point were I cannot walk today I got told by the lady at the counter handing me my medication witch I've been on for years now the lady gave me my pills and said to me you look like someone who doesn't suffer from any pain I am awaiting an mri scan atm I just thought how rude you aren't a doctor so what give you the right to Annalise someone as if you no there history you no who you are the way I was treated today was disgusting I couldn't say anything at the time I was disgusted in the manner of your professionalism

I believe it was Jodi that I dealt with? Amazing customer service. Went over and beyond expectations. Thought outside the box to insure I received my prescription in these crazy times. Cheers
Went to purchase a few disposable masks....nothing except 3 bad fitting Chinese at 13 bucks a price. G3irl at counter couldn't have been less helpful
Poor service as took around 25 minutes to give me medicine according to my prescription. Threre were 4 ladies and not that busy. There was no form of comunication among them as they were not able to answer that why it's taking to long.. Really I was not happy with service
Fast friendly service
Poor service. Script went in 410pm. Went to collect 420. Told 15 to 20 mins. Came back and 455 it hadn't been seen to.
