On February 24 my wife had an appointment with the ear nurse. We were caught in traffic and phoned to say we could be a little late. We were a little late...7 minutes. On arrival we were treated rudely by the receptionist who very loudly told us we should have left home earlier for the appointment and she would have to check if the nurse could/would see us. The nurse did see us as she had no other patient and none booked. To be treated in this way in the open foyer was extremely upsetting for us. We are elderly patients I am 78 and my husband 79 years and expect to be treated with more respect.nThe trip to Wellsford from our home takes and hour and a half.
Reception are lovely and helpful, doctors & radiographer were also very helpful and lovely - this is our fourth time there over last few years and we’ve always had excellent care, great service, and good communication. I’m not sure who is giving this facility and staff less than 5 stars - we’ve always had a great experience! Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrified at your care Monday 24th feb My father ripped his finger open on the farm, he's 76 & waited 3 hours at your clinic to be seen and all your doctor did is put sterile strips on it and wrapped it up. Didn't even stitch it, was asked twice to stitch it and now it’s infected.
They are trying to charge my partner for an appointment he never knew the time for and no matter how many times he tried to get the time for the appointment they wouldn't tell them.nNow since he rightfully is refusing to pay for said missed appointment because he never knew the time of that appointment they are refusing service.nApparently it's acting like a private medical center not a public one!
