I recently took my 2 year old to see Amy Matarese at the wellness hub, Okato. After having several bad falls like most toddlers at some point something urged me to seek Amy's support. My daughter responded well to Amy's treatment right away and was showing signs of physical trauma being released during the session. She would flinch and twitch each time Amy found areas of tension and worked on them. We are now 5 days post treatment and my daughter is sleeping better, her lungs that were full of mucous following a nasty respiratory virus are now clear and her bowel motions are healthier and her language development has taken a leap!We feel so relieved to have taken her to Amy. Amy was able to pick up all of the areas that had been hurt without me telling her about her accidents first. Amy was also amazing with my daughter and made us both feel safe and cared for. We will be following up with Amy and booking our whole family in. I highly recommend everyone to book in to Amy no matter how big or small the injury may have been or how long ago it was.
I came for massage with Sophie and it was great. The room was nice and warm, comfy bed and I felt really taken care of in Sophie's hands. Sophie has a really nice and calm presence about her and you can feel it in her hands. Will be back!
Jeff is brilliant at what he does. I found it so relaxing and beneficial to my injury and also my sleep. He takes time to investigate your situation and history, explains the concepts of Chinese medicine and offers great wellness advise which has really helped to transform my overall health. Highly recommended.
