Wellington Scaffolding Services were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nikau in sales was extremely helpful and gave perfect recommendations on what was required and the operations team executed the plan without a hitch. I can not recommend this company enough and will definitely be giving them a call next time I need scaffolding.
Thank you Wellington Scaffolding for finally rectifying the issue of leaving Scaffolding stays in my house. Even though i had to communicate my dismay several times and I heard nothing back from you for such a long time, you did fix the problem. You have restored my faith in you. Please know that there is nothing wrong with being busy and all you need to do is simply communicate with honesty about when you might be able to rectify a situation should it occur. No one is perfect.
Congratulations on a well run company. We have been engaged with many of your staff for the last 9 months, having your scaffolding erected around most of our house. Everyone, from sales and quoting, office, scaffolders on site, and inspectors have all been a total pleasure to deal with. Everyone has been very personable, professional, and responsive. Your scaffolding equipment is solid and well installed making us feel totally safe even up 5 stories. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Let down by zero communication. Our scaffold was installed 3 days late, not a single phone call from them, they just didnt turn up. The painter was annoyed as he lost 3 days work. Then it took 3 weeks to get it taken down after we were finished. I had booked this months before, no excuse for this level of service.
Not that I hated them as they r a very gd company.we had them come around to quote some scaffolding 3 days ago and they were meant to send a quote out to us the next day and still havent heard they seem only interested in the really big jobs which is a shame as word of mouth is the best advertising
Best scaffolders in Wellington. Reliable, good value and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.
Horrible obnoxious business with no respect for people. Turning up on site out of hours and even when specifically told not to. Don't use these wastes of space.
Great communication, got back to me same day. Highly recommend.
