Service department Arron great friendly service. Sales Joao Fantastic service nothing was to much trouble really friendly and helpful not bad coffee either.

Made a service appointment through the website for a specific time and was emailed a confirmation telling me to come at that time. When I turned up, I was told that the appointment meant nothing and that my car would be done last as they have a policy of first in first served. Waste of time with a misleading website.

The best service centre for my Mini - they even valet free of charge. Really helpful pleasant staff.
