I knew this charter was going to be exceptional as soon as I heard the skippers safety briefing. Rolfe's unmatched knowledge, hospitality, & operation will not disappoint. Andy his crewman is an absolute "Surgeon" when it comes to filliting your fish, ready to take home. The lunch included is a bonus, & the experience overall is something all keen fisho's should look into, next time you're looking for a bloody good charter
This was the first time I had ever fished off a boat and while I was a little nervous about being out so deep, Rolfe assured we would be safe and I would enjoy myself, Which I did!!! Wellington Charters is awesome. Rolfe was a great host and looked after our group well. He was entertaining, very friendly and helpful. Fishing rods and hooks as well as a BBQ lunch for a full day of fishing was provided and I didnt even bait my own hooks. Was a wonderful experience and will happily go on a fishing trip again.
Went with the family, these guys were amazing. So attentive with the grandchildren and even took them up the front to watch the monitors. We all had the best time, catching heaps of fish was a bonus. Will definitely use them.again. Highly recommend. Thanks for an amazing experience.
I can't recommend Wellington Charters highly enough, Rolfe and Andy are great. There are journeymen and there are those that are passionate about their business and want to entertain - these guys are in the 2nd group. Thanks again - we'd have had a great day even without such a fantastic catch.
We recently went on a half day charter with Rolfe. He was awesome, the atmosphere was cruisy but super safe and everything was easy... We had a sunny, but choppy day, and we caught fish so it was exciting.. The boat was a perfect size for the 10 of us and we really enjoyed the day... We definitely want to go again.. Thanks heaps Rolfe!

Another awesome day out on the water, the skipper took us to the good spots and we got a good load of fish. Big cod, tarakihi, gem fish, snapper amongst the collection bought on board. And a kettle that is always ready for that next cup of tea.
Had a awesome time.... 5 star fishing..... the best 4 days of fishing in my life !!! cant wait for next year.
Hands down one of the best charters I've ever been on in NZ. Worth the money for full day trip. lots of tips, gear and banter. Awesome crew. Many thanks for all that you do
