It was a pleasant ride with a few stops, where one could alight on request or take photo's. The view is amazing. It is very popular, carriages were full with some people standing. Loved the museum and planetarium at the top. Will have to make another trip to enjoy the Botanical Gardens.
It’s been 13 years since my Mum had a cable car ride. A lovely outing with driver Nigel being so helpful. Wonderful that my Mum could enjoy the ride still at 103 years old. The tunnel lights were a lovely surprise.
This was just the cutest tour. Going up 610m in a tram. You can visit the Botanical Gardens, Wellington Tram Museum or just have a coffee at the top. The tunnels have lovely surprises. I won't give that away. You have to see for yourself
One of many things on your must do list whilst in Wellington great views and alot of history friendly staff to assist you plus at the , top they have a great restaurant and cable car on display i highly recommend it peeps !!!
A nice ride. The cable car was clean and the lights in the tunnel looks beautiful. The cable car museum is small but a nice place to see the history and workings of the pulleys.
Great experience with added lighting inside the tunnel. Good small museum and nearby attractions
As always very cool and the walk down throught he gardens is aweaome.
