Jane was fantastic. She spotted us after closing time and let us in, explained all the beds and had us test everything. Never seen anyone so excited about beds! Mad props to the delivery guys as well, they installed everything in under 10 minutes. I'm still in awe after seeing someone carry a double king size mattress like it was a coffee bag. I'm sure he's eating his spinach. Very impressed with this company and with the super comfy bed.
Highly recommend Wellington Beds. Jane had excellent customer service and made the entire process very easy. Staff aren't pushy like some competitors - my partner and I felt free to come in, try the beds, and then leave to try options elsewhere before coming to a final decision. The delivery guys called ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. The bed is exactly what we were looking for, has minimal partner disturbance, and fit inside our budget.

Amazing customer service! Both sales ladies in the store were very helpful for selecting just the right bed for us and they answered all of our queries patiently and in great details We found the experience much more friendly than the big departmental store that sells beds across the road. Also, the prices were reasonable unlike other shops, It did not feel like the prices were inflated just to give a fake discount Delivery of the bed was on time and when we had some minor issues in the slats then Paul was super helpful to promptly replace the slats for us. Appreciate the work of whole team. We will definitely go here first for our next purchase and will definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Great in-store service, however we paid for removal and this was not indicated on the receipt. So when the bed was delivered we were stuck with the old bed and the loss of the removal fee. Have been unable to contact the store as they are not answering the phones for what ever reason.

Jane Craib, Porirua branch manager was extremely rude to me and my husband, so rude we had to arrange the mattress return with another branch - we just didn’t want to deal with her. This is how traumatic the whole experience was.
John and the team at the Porirua store are absolutely amazing. : The service they give is 2nd to none and the technology they have with the body scanners to ensure you have the best bed possible is a huge added bonus. They can scan your body to find the pressure points and find the bed that suits you best. They have a great 30 day comfort guarantee on their beds to ensure you love the sleep you have. I would recommend anyone going to see them, as they are not in a rush to sell you a bed, and instead spend the time getting to know you and ensuring you get the right bed. Amazing service. John catered a bed specifically to my personal health issues, and budget. His knowledge of beds is incredible. I'm so very happy with my new bed, the best bed ever! Highly recommend Wellington Beds.
Jane was very helpful, and had a really good knowledge of the products, their features and the options available. The beds are well priced, and virtually all NZ made.
