We were served by a wonderful young man named Zac who was not there to sell BBQs but was working in the Stihl section of the shop… He was amazing and gave us so much help and advice that we will definitely be going back to purchase our Weber in the knowledge it will be the correct one for our needs! Visited the Lyall Bay store with my elderly mother this morning.  Shop was empty, staff member totally ignored us, messed about shuffling papers and did not acknowledge us at all.  When he eventually gave us his attention he was rude & unhelpful.  My Mother spent a significant amount on a Nobo heater. We're locals supporting local shops and this was repeat business. After today's experience we won't be returning or recommending this store to anyone.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Shop is often empty, and they seem to busy to help.

Absolutely incredible service.  The two young guys who delivered my BBQ went above & beyond. !!! They were so helpful, even walking me through how to use it, & setting up everything. Super polite too. Thanks so much.

Recently bought a couple of heaters from them while in lockdown as I want to support small NZ owned businesses. I had to constantly ring and email to try and get any information re when they may be delivered, I understood that there may be delays currently but never got any information re when I could anticipate delivery, when they bothered to respond to my emails / phone messages left. Quite disappointed in the poor customer service, I know things are a bit crazy at the moment but some basic customer service / communication would have gone a long way, I won't be buying anything from them in future.

Sent my sister and her partner in over the weekend as I want to buy them a BBQ for their new house and I live in London. They were one of only two lots of people in the store yet couldn't get any service. Shocking that two younger females cant be treated as serious customers

Just got a takeaway long black. But they know what they're doing. Their menu looks good to, will be bacl after my surf for a taste. Fyi, they got vegan and vegetarian friendly food

Ordered an Oklahoma Joe from these guys all through email. Great communication, great prices, and the bbq arrived to me in Tauranga earlier than expected.

After 3 months of attempting to source a gasmate BBQ for which these guys are the preferred supplier they finally told me they are unable to get it. Hopeless service.

Nice variety of bbq's as well as wood, charcoal. Staff give easy to understand good advice.
