Story

AFS run a 24/7 roster of 2 day shifts (0700-1900hrs) and 2 Night shifts (1900-0700hrs) and four days off. There are 4 watches, Red, Brown, Blue and Green, each consisting of 6 crew members of which 5 are on duty at any one time. We have 26 staff consisting of:
1x Manager
4x Crew Chiefs
4x Deputy Crew Chiefs
17x Firefighters

All New Zealand Airplane Black colour
Directions / Signs are not clear enough for drop off and pick up. A resident for the last 45 year's and still confusing at time's.. especially when you are in a hurry. Signage is far to small and needs to be a brighter colour. Even painting the direction for both on the road would be better.
Domestic was awesome! Have a nice ambience n very welcoming feel to it. Better than Auckland airport ... sadly.
The LOTR airport. Still has it's themed displays. Needs a refresher. Maybe when international borders open again. Clean. Not too busy overall. Easy to get to our gate 28. Security was quick as bathrooms were clean.
Cute and clean airport. Well maintained. Good amenities. Only sad part is is not open 24h. It is closed in the morning for a few hours for maintenance.
Great to visit Wellington Airport during Christmas period! Beautiful Christmas trees increasing awareness of the lack of funding from Pharmac.
