I am a visitor in Lincoln and needed to see a Dr urgently, I was worried when there were no Dr appointments at any of the medical centres. The receptionist at WeCare took the time to ask me what I needed to see the Dr for and suggested I book online to see a nurse, which I did and got an appointment that morning. The check in system was easy at the centre and nurse Maddie was on time. She was so lovely, caring and empathetic to my situation and I was instantly put at ease. After she consulted with a virtual Dr, a solution was found and I felt fully informed. She sent my script off for approval and it was sent automatically to their pharmacy after I received a message link to approve. I could not fault this medical centre at all, even the waiting room has a water cooler and coffee machine! I highly recommend checking out their WeCare Now service before attempting to book a Dr appointment as you may well fit into the criteria to see a nurse. Thanks team for the excellent service.
I really appreciate all the staff at WeCare Lincoln. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful! It's been such a relief to find a Dr that I feel is really listening and acknowledging my needs, and the nurses are lovely and great with my kids. The drop in clinic has been a huge help on many occasions and their online services are also very convenient. I highly recommend WeCare Lincoln
Absolutely useless, rung me 20 minutes before my appointment to say I should have booked with a nurse and not the GP yet the text doesn’t say that to then turn up and be told that there are no vaccinations so i need to rebook! I booked this appointment days ago you could have rung me earlier in the week to change it but nope you wait till I get there with a child. I could also see you talking about me at the back - useless
Absolutely useless, they should hire some professional for taking appointments, I booked my appointment for Wednesday 8febat 1:30 pm after reaching here they told me that your appointment is on Thursday and putting blame on me that I booked the appointment for thrusday and told me that doctor is really bussy today and I can see the nurse , This Is not the first time this has happened, really unprofessional staff
Consulted multiple times in the past 2 months, GP Wagner, Hamish, and Ho. Also consulted with NP Hofmeester, and a Registered Nurse for vaccinations for my 5y/o, 4y/o and myself. Nothing but great experiences with all including reception. The GPs are thorough, and appear to care, they also listen to everything you have to say. No one made me feel like an incompetent, overprotective, overreacting parent. Generally I manage to secure an appointment same day or the next, which is great. My children love the decor of the play area, along with the selection of toys. My favorite however is the spoils of having a choice between a cold or hot drink while waiting- they really have thought of it all. Thank you WeCare Lincoln.
It has been 30 minutes and counting since my allotted appointment time and I am still waiting. I have watched other patients come and leave. I could not get a same day appointment. This is a bitter pill to swallow being my first experience with WeCare.
Really bad customer service, hire someone who is not rude on phone. - I can never get an appointment with a gp the day of being sick.
Dr Nikki is lovely. Love the nursing team! They are super gentle and sweet, when doing my daughter’s vaccinations. Especially Nurse Emily, we’ve had her last two times 12wks & 5mth and she was great! Always had great experiences with the Lincoln branch & the Wigram branch.
- Nicki Bamber does a great job. - I can never get an appointment with a gp the week of being sick. - Ordered the meningococcal vaccine for my 8 month old. On the day of the vac I was told it was at the Wigram site and had to wait another 2 weeks to get one to Lincoln. For the 2nd dose I checked a couple of days before the appointment to make sure the vac was at Lincoln which I shouldn't have to do, once again it was at the Wigram site. Frustrating and once again overlooked.
Awful enrollment system! Back and forth requesting documents, during the first enrollment somehow they never asked me any documents and when they overcharge me as casual patient suddenly they ask copy of many documents! Really regretting joining this rubbish healthcare, only join here because of my wife moving us to this healthcare. Dreadful experience overall!!!
