Bought a brand new house through Bayleys Queenstown and the experience was extremely disappointing. We gave clear instructions on how we wanted the fence built, and one day before settlement we see they put the entire fence around the wrong way! They also were to provide a full builder's clean of our new house which they also failed to do. Not the experience you'd expect when paying $1.4m for a brand new home!
