Wow. Carnation cafe at Watson's Garden Center is the best secret on the Kapiti coast. Iced coffees are the best. Try the authentic milkshakes just like it used to be.
Fantastic array of plants and the most beautiful gift shop! Highly recommend going you won't be disappointed. Great prices too!

I have been using Watsons forever, before all the reinventions, and Mother was potting up the seedlings, and I love the place. The evolvement has been breathtaking, and I still love going there. Icing on the cake this visit, is the coffee cart YEAH! Whats not to like about a beautifully presented organization, that provides a good product, at a fair price. There are still a few bargains to be had, the staff ,without exception, are friendly and helpful to a fault, and you can sit in lovely surroundings to enjoy a well made cup of coffee. I'd say they have a format thats hard to beat, andots of other retailers would do well to follow. GOOD FOR YOU WATSONS WELL DONE.

Lots of varieties of tropical plants.. good succulents. All range of garden tools available here. Nice herbs and vege gardening plants available
