Just wanted to say how horrible this place is. I was given a voucher as an early birthday present. The voucher never arrived in the first place after two months of waiting. Luckily I managed to call and book an appointment for a manicure and pedicure which I was told would cost me $114.00. When I showed up for my appointment the beautician treating me had know clue about the appointment and what I was there for. It took both the Owner/Director and the beautician good 10 minutes to find my name on a notebook. I asked the owner/director why they had not posted the voucher in the first place. She was like I don’t look after couriers. Because they didn’t know what I was there for Christine Owner/Director asked the beautician Taylor to give me a pedicure focusing on my toenails only as according to Christine because this had her Companies name so Taylor should focus on my toe nails not on my heels. By this time, it was already 20 minutes or so into my appointment time. Taylor was lovely but didn’t exfoliate my toes and never worked on my heels. She also didn’t massage my feel. Taylor rushed to put nail polish and didn’t let it dry properly as we had already started late causing my nails polish to smudge. My nails were filed unevenly they don’t event look round like I had requested. When I went to pay for my appointment, I was told that the whole package cost me $115. $85.00 for the full pedicure which never happened and another $25.00 for gel polish. When I asked for the balance, she said there isn’t any. I clearly didn’t ask for this package and had not booked for this. I thought I was there for the basic package and that I would be back there for Manicure. Christine said because we are number 1 we will forgo the additional owed. Clearly the owner of this company likes to humiliate and reap people off. She kept telling me to drink the alkaline water which I had left on the reception desk as this was the only waiting area. The owner is so full of it, telling me we are Number 1. Go to this place if you want to see this woman humiliating others or treating others as inferior. Thanks for the bad experience. They don't deserve any stars.

The majority of the birds are very friendly and love people. The park is well maintained and beautiful wetlands with native trees. A great place to go in summer or winter. Their isn't a cost so you can visit as often as you would like. At least for now. Developers are trying to destroy it for a road. Proving once again New Zealand doesn't give a lick about being green.

Waters spa has good quality service with limited parking. 3 car park outside so wise to discuss any parking issues you may have when booking as outside the facility is a yellow line. Massages are of a high standard and doterra therapeutic oils can be used. Booking a bit tricky with system however they do send a reminder by txt. Location over the river views to relax is beautiful. Products used of a high standard.

What a drama! I booked online for a long overdue massage. Walked 25 minutes to get there and was told that they didnt have me booked in. I showed them my emailed conformation only to be told "oh something has gone wrong with our booking system we are fully booked today". They did offer a sauna but however i was already hot and bothered and wanted a massage. So i ended up just leaving. They did offer a glass of water but nothing else. I am gutted! I had done my homework and read the reviews before i booked. They really need to sort out their booking system .

Been here quite a few times now. Our last massage was the therapeutic massage. OMG best massage ever. Book early as these guys get booked solid. We have an 8 week wait for our next booking.

I was so disappointed when I called this morning to confirm our 1pm appointment, only to find out that our appointment wasn’t even made last week when I called to book. My husband and I had been looking forward to our massages all week. We were offered a different time that was not going to work for us as we had a late lunch booked at 2pm.

Love this place! Christine and her team are always so welcoming - feel like a VIP every time I go. The treatments are amazing and the atmosphere and little extras make it so relaxing
