Very bad customer service!! Dirty room with horrible rusty appliances. Bed wasn't comfortable at all, making sound even if you moved from one side to another. I would give 0 out of 10 for how they treat customer.
Alistair made us feel super welcomed. Shower was great, bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious and great conversations were had. He was happy for us to leave some gear there while we headed off to the lighthouse on our motorbikes. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay - had some issues with booking.com booking us for the wrong weekend and in desperation found Waters Edge B&B and it was perfect!nnRoom was well furnished and clean. Spacious rooms and grounds. Walls aren't the thickest so there can be some disturbance from other guests.nnThe star of the show is undoubtedly the amazing host - super friendly, accommodating and welcoming, has local knowledge and puts on a perfect breakfast in the dining room.nnSo much warmth given and will stay here again in a heartbeat next time we're up there for some waves! Any shortcomings were quickly overcome by the grace and heartiness of our host.
Best shower I have had in a long time. Breakfast was good and the South African lady is friendly. Location is pretty good considering where it is but is very private.
Bed and Breakfast, nice little get away for a few nights great customer service clean and well presented rooms. Breakfast had a great variety of cereals and eggs,bacon and bake beans served hot , very unique time spent around the Breakfast table, loved it.
