We did the vineyard trek this morning and absolutely loved it! We were all beginners with a little bit of experience here and there, but we were made to feel totally at ease and given a comprehensive tutorial on how to ride/handle the horses in the paddock before setting off on the trek. Our guides were amazing and so patient. The views we encountered of the lake and vineyards were absolutely stunning, and the guides took plenty of pictures for us along the way. It was really easy to book by calling and speaking to Carol. For me, this was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand. Would highly recommend!
Such an incredible experience and my instructor was fantastic as well. I hadn’t been riding in about 15 years but she made me feel so comfortable and I had such a brilliant horse too. Missed being out on a ride but was also such an incredible feeling getting back on again. Thank you so much and would highly recommend! And not to mention took the views were fantastic!
My friends and I had the best time riding with Rosa over the weekend. It was my partner’s first time riding and they chose a great horse for him as well as for the more experienced in the group. The ride had stunning scenery and varied terrain - was the highlight of our trip to Wanaka :
