While the bar was busy, we were served by a very competent barman and his off sider. All quite pleasant. Seats outdoors were perfect with a lake view thrown in. Thanks
Chicken wings on special Wednesday. They were huge and tasty. Jugs also cheap as it was happy hour.
Went there in Nov 2019 before the pandemic began. Loved the serice, ambience, food and drinks in the heart of Wanaka Town. Will love to revisit the place when I come back to Wanaka again. Highly recommended!
Not the best service. The food was not that great. We ordered crispy fried chicken wings which didn't have taste except for the barbecue sauce topped on it, calamari was served cold and saggy and a bit expensive.
The mushroom and halloumi burger was delicious. So was the Salt and pepper Calamari
Family dinner at Water Bar tonight, awesome service and food. We were a table of allergies and the waitress was really on to it and conscientious. The food was fast and delicious. The staff were friendly and happy. Good work!
Food was great, service was fabulous, such a shame we only in town for short time , would recommend this place for some good old fashioned hospitality. Perfect for early evening sitting in the sun.
Best food I have had not at home for a long time. Went for the crumbled cali with the blue cheese sauce thing. The salmon fried with crispy skin. The guy at the bar made a cracker jack spiced tomato juice. I would return and give other menu items a crack.
