Still the worst car wash in New Zealand. Foaming brush, no foam just water - so useless. Wax setting, literally zero product so wasted a token waiting for it to maybe “feed through”. Rinse setting, rinse water contains soap, leaving chemicals on your car after rinse, a problem this business admitted months ago and has ignored prioritising greed. Fittings at top of wash bay leaking so constant drips on the vehicle and yourself as you wash. Vacs are beyond weak and can barely pick up light dust and dirt.nnAs I’ve said before - great area and site, but with this ignorant management it’s a complete waste of time, stay away… I’ve been here once every 4-6 months to see if it’s improved and somehow it gets worse every time? When will you listen to all the 1 star reviews?
Not sure why people are complaining ? I had a really good experience using the carwash to clean up my dirty Nissan Patrol . Spoke to Kane who was very helpful and bought tokens which worked best for my requirements . Could slow the procedure down to let the soap soak into the dirt , broom it off and then the pressure gun did the rest . And plenty of pressure too . Was really happy and wasn't expensive . If you're having issues with the setup , maybe go there on a weekday and ask for help would be a good way to go

Really good service car still had a bit of mud on it and the staff memeber came out and hand washed and then put it through again on the machine wash. Super friendly and helpful!
