Was stranded with non-Toyota EV in Warkworth with 8% battery and Fast-Chargers not connecting to car and Luke at Toyota was super friendly and helpful and put car on AC charger, so I could make it safely to Auckland. Exceptional service and hospitality! Thank you so so much!!!
We booked our runx in for heater repair and a recall for airbag. $ 1200 later neither was fixed and they wanted to charge$550 for a window switch which we readily purchased for $35 new. They wouldn't honor the original repair or fix it. Very disappointed in service ,cost , and knowledge. Never to return again. Tom Balzat
Just had the best service experience getting my WOF. The service was super quick and when I got in my car, there was a gift waiting for me! You guys are fantastic. The service team sounded like they were having fun while they worked hard also. Clearly a great local employer.
Not trustworthy, especially when you buy a used car from this dealership. They don’t consider your offer even if it’s the highest and would sell to someone else! Your loss, not mine.nThis is not the trust and honesty that should be followed from a Toyota dealership.
I've been going to the Warkworth Toyota team for many years. They have always done a great job with the WOF/Services etc, and I trust them to be thorough, so I take my car in regularly. The team are fast and efficient, friendly and helpful with explanations of work needed. They always give me an idea of costs and options before starting work, and I get a courtesy car so I can continue my day while the car is being repaired. They pay attention to details giving the inside a clean up before finishing the job. Last time, they even straightened my license plate which I only noticed days afterward - nice touch :-
