Unprofessional receptionist I must say. Is that how a customer service is? As I noticed from the few visits I have, they act deaf if someone ask or tell them something, they ignore people! So awkward. Except for those two young receptionistnnSmiling and being approachable to your customer/patients/clients wont hurt you as a person.
Always easy and seamless service in comparison to other healthcare providers I've had in the past. Nothing but great experiences with the various drs and nurses that I have seen. Reception and admin team have also been very helpful. Thanks for the hard work you all do in the craziness that is healthcare!
Despite having an appointment booked weeks in advance because there’s never any availability, I had to wait for over 1.5 hours for my appointment while with my 1 year old.nI was told I needed to speak to the nurse before seeing the doctor, which consisted of me telling her my height and weight for 2 minutes information that could’ve easily been said to the Dr. I was then told after my appointment I would be charged an extra $29 on top of the appointment cost for speaking to the nurse. When I questioned it, it was suddenly because they spoke to me for 5 minutes on how to use a glucose monitor which I could’ve easily just googled instead. Not once was I told there would be extra charges.nTo be fair I decided to go back as their doctor is actually good, but I should’ve left straight away after that first experience. I was told after my next appointment that there was again an extra $35 charge to make a referral despite already paying for my appointment. I have never been charged for a referral fee after already paying for an appointment at any other practice, especially when it hasn’t been communicated.nLong waits to be seen, no appointments, random fees and surcharges on top of your appointment charges, I will be moving practices. Shame as their doctors actually are good.
As a support worker who accompanied a client two weeks ago, i had a front seat view of how rude and frankly weird staff here are. Very un-kiwi.
Absolutely disgusting to hire a Doctor who refuses to provide potentially life saving medical procedures to women!!!nReligion and our health should not mix!!!
