My friend arrived on Wednesday and called in to WH Stationary. She needed copies of 13 photographs. The girl who served her was very uninterested, asked her did she just want copies on paper. No, glossy photographic paper was requested. To quote, ooh that's going to take a while. My friend said no problem I will call in on Thursday. She duly called in but instead of the photos being on the right size of photographic paper, there was a tiny copy of original on a much larger piece of photographic paper. The young lady different from the day before we had who served us was very apologetic and said she would do it immediately. We said we'd pick up next day. My friend called in again on Friday late afternoon and the had NOT been done. Different young lady again and she was very embarrassed. She said she'd do them straight away, and at 8pm Friday we were able to collect them. Yay!! Not good Warehouse Stationary. Your staff need more customer training.
The staff are absolutely amazing! Helped me with printing some massive posters prints and helped frame them too! Lani is so lovely and was extremely helpful!
Staff are helpful here and happy to show you where things are. I usually manage to get what I want here
