Unhelpful staff, I asked the staff member which cartridge is right for my printer, she said I don't know, I asked her to look it up on her computer while she looked it up she said you can look it up as well, I bought 2 cartridges at $380 next time I'll buy from somewhere with customer service
Unlike the Porirua store, the Upper Hutt store answered the phone straight away and were able to answer my questions. Well done Upper Hutt! Maybe it's about time somebody sorted out the Porirua store's incompetence and lack of customer service??
Worst staff in the copy centre. Rude, unhelpful. Once while waiting an older gentleman was struggling with how to email something through so they could print it, staff refused to help him. I had to step in an offer to help. The staff are consistently rude and snappy, they never smile.
Denise and Lorelle are absolute stars! I needed 4 pull up banners urgently, and contacted all Warehouse Stationery stores in the Wellington region. None had enough in stock, but the team at Upper Hutt went above and beyond, getting additional stock from other stores by urgent courier and completed the job, and all within 24 hours. Amazing, thank you!
Most unhelpful staff! Couldn't even be bothered helping and told us to go elsewhere
