Not happy at all , poor customer service from tayla . We went there before in evening they said we have to come around 10-2 for child passport size photo . That’s why we went there today , around 10:30 am they took payment 10:36 and lady who can only do this she was busy with other customer she said taking 5-10 minutes only , we thought once she served this customer then she will do , but she ignored us and start serving new customers who came after us .nThey should inform us before if it’s taking more time child start crying : it’s waste of timenWhich we feel not fair at all , at the end I asked for refund back . It’s totally waste of time . Much better to go Harvey Norman or AA Pukekohe.
I’ve been using this store for over 12 months now for regular bulk printing, and up until recently, the service has consistently exceeded expectations.nnUnfortunately, with the recent staff changes, there’s been a noticeable drop in skill and service consistency. That said, today I was lucky enough to be served by the store manager, Leigh — and now I fully understand why she’s at the helm.nnHer print knowledge, precision cutting, outstanding customer service, and ability to multitask while managing the store, staff and customers is nothing short of impressive.nEvery store needs a Leigh! She’s a total asset — if only we could clone her!
Wonderful service! I emailed through my files, asking if it would be possible to have them printed before COB 2 hours and I promptly got a response confirming it was no trouble. They were ready to go when I arrived 15 minutes later. I explained that I planned on going home and cut them out, and that I'd be back in the morning to laminate them. She without hesitation offered to do all that for me right then and there - and seemed to know exactly what I was trying to achieve, like she'd done this a million times before. I was happy with the print and lamination work but the speed and ease of the overall service is what I feel was most impressive. Thanks again!
Last day we went to buy childrens stuff for school, but we are not happy for the service, we enter around 4:45pm and start picking books that we need, but after a while their staff said we have to stop buying and we need go go to counter to pay what we get, it is so unfair because we never know that they will close at 5pm they should inform us before we enter that in a few minutes they will gonna be close. or they can give us consideration to finish want we need to buy, we are so disappointed. they deserve a negative feedback.
What a rude team member. He needs to learn what Customer Service means. He also insulted me!
