Matthew is the epitome of a generation that’s been told they’re super-special by mummy so think they’re too special for a job in retail. Matthew thinks he’s very special, so special that he can be gob-smackingly rude to customers and stand around with a smug smile on his face whilst being reported to his supervisor. Nice work, Matthew. Bravo.

Worst customer servicenThe man there just kept ignoring despite me looking at the counters for help. They are not even willing to guide the customers…. really poor customer service by the staff. Would never prefer to go back and see those faces again.
