I placed an online order over 2 weeks ago now for photos to be printed. It should’ve been ready within 24 hours. I went in two days after to pick up order and the guy was super rude. He first didn’t acknowledge me waiting, just walked off to put away a product on the shelf, and strolled back slowly and just said yup, no hi or friendliness in his service. He went onto mansplaining about how the printer has no ink so he can’t print the photos. When I asked when the photos would be ready he said they’ll be ready when they’re ready and I’ll get emailed. I’m still waiting for the email for photos that should’ve taken 1-2 days. The customer service around that situation was truly awful.
Have to agree with John Doe on this one, brought a printer from these guys today and wanted to ask about it with a Warehouse stationary staff member. Would have been easier to talk to a piece of wood, not great sales service, didn't really seem to care and no experience in the field of printers. Employ some keen staff members please
Giving a two because other times I’ve been here the only issue was the line and lack of staff.nnToday went in. Was told the wait would be 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes passed I questioned her. Was told to wait another 2 minutes. 5 minutes later I get my items back but they have red lines through out them all! Not good enough.
Huge shout out to Dawn hope I remembered your name right & Whio for the way you handled a crap situation today! This time of year is so hard in retail and it’s obvious you and the team are so busy yet you handled an abusive customer in the best way! Dawn you stayed calm & Whio you made sure the staff and everyone else felt safe around you. What a cool human, I’d love to work with you. These two deserve recognition from management on this one!! No matter how busy we all are, no matter what has gone wrong, no one should be treated the way that man treated yous, period.
3pm thursday april 2nd I asked a chubby short brown lady with bad perm about a phone i was after and she just pointed just those ones no smile and just walked off lol.Then asked some white pasty geek with tinted blue glasses he just shrugged shoulder not interested.Found phone and paid then the geek then just walked away no thanks.
