I used the in-store kiosk to select and print photos. Kiosk very easy to use. Could pay by EFTPOS at kiosk. Waited 10 mins for print and counter pickup, staff friendly and helpful. Overall I was impressed. Quite a few people using the service so testament in itself of it's ease. The quality of the prints was excellent. First time using the service.
Third bad experience with this place, let the other two times slide but fed up with it now. Everytime they have messed my order up and had very bad customer service. The lady who served me today was really polite and apologetic that they havent done the order I placed 4 days ago so ill give her that. But cmon WHS do better.
Worst customer service, tall boy with glasses is horrible and so snarky and rude for no reason. He genuinely should not be in customer service AT ALL, but he's always there. I've never observed him being polite to ANY customers
First and last time getting my passport picture taken here. Not only did the picture come out hideous, it cost $25 for digital only when it stated that it's $25 for both physical and digital. If I wasn't in a rush to get a new passport and had more money, I'd go somewhere else.
Worst ever customer service by tall boy with glasses. Sentiment was also shared with others in queue. Do better! You are losing customers
