This time of year is so hard in retail and it’s obvious you and the team are so busy yet you handled an abusive customer in the best way! Dawn you stayed calm & Whio you made sure the staff and everyone else felt safe around you. What a cool human, I’d love to work with you. These two deserve recognition from management on this one!! No matter how busy we all are, no matter what has gone wrong, no one should be treated the way that man treated yous, period.

Staff in here have an extremely poor attitude. Always rude and not wanting to help. Used to be really good before they moved in to the warehouse building
Most horrible experience. I had been so polite and walked away crying after being ridiculed by staff member today. I understand staff are stressed, company must do something to improve the work place for them as it is impacting the public and giving some real horrible experiences in there. Truly disgusting.
