Nice staff, absolutely terrible print job. Around $74 for a 56 pages A4 colour with wire binding. The printed book pages was not in order. And at the back was pages from another customer that contained their personal info, which I had to rip out.
Terribly slow service! Thought I’d be proactive and order my photos online ahead of time, but there’s no point as they give no priority to the pre-paid desk and there’s always a long queue even if you can see your photos & receipt right in front of you :/
Simple order: 15 A4 Colour Prints. I ordered online for pick up at Albany the night before to insure its was ready by the next afternoon. I arrived to be told, they don’t have Internet and none of the orders are ready. Lacks communication on the website if this was urgent Having to pay again for a reorder: pick up at Wairau Park. I waited 1 hour before going in. Arrived: order aren’t ready + another 15mins wait. I set a timer for 30mins to come back. Arrived and still not ready with my prints. Slow Service.
Wonderful customer service, very helpful & polite staff with notebook & cell ph inquiries. Got some fantastically priced Marvel Avenger items for $3.00 1/2 the discounted price. May go back and get more.
I cannot praise the staff enough..From a customer service prospective they were very professional. supportive
I am amazed at the bad reviews for the photo printing - I went with the USB stick, selected and printed a number of postcard size and 3 A4 size photos. Was done in 30 minutes and top quality.

Gabriel and a lovely girl with brown hair whose name I didn’t get were awesome! They were so helpful and polite throughout the process of getting my mug and photos printed. So efficient and kind, thank you!! Such lovely service.
Really bad customer service, everyone seemed reluctant to be helpful.
Terrible customer service. Got my photo taken for visa application and had to ask to be retaken and the person looked at me with a funny face. The size was still wrong had to pay to fix it. Very expensive photo and not going there again.
