Avoid this place for your passport photo prints. Very unprofessional attitude and rude behaviour from a young man at the print section on Friday 23rd Dec 22, 4:30pm. Gave silly excuses for not able to print the digital photos of kids taken by a professional photographer. Needed to know for which application, country etc. Rather I would advise, to go to Image pro at WestCity mall which gave an excellent service without any questions asked. I sincerely don’t know why does Warehouse stationary always feels like this always and the last option to go at all times? Never ever trying to go again.
Used the print services and their customer support was great. They were all super helpful and very knowledgeable which sets this store aside for others. Great service and will return for further needs This was 2 days before Christmas and they totally kept their cool. Awesome team thx My experience was nothing like the negative nellies below. Aare helped me and was awesome.
I normally don't write bad reviews but a lady at the printing desk needs to work on her attitude. Passive aggressive, slamming on the keyboard and saying it's my fault that there is a big queue. How awful, ruined my day. Never coming back.
Most pathetic customer service the lady who works the printing , made me wait for 30mins with my baby in my arm to just to do 2page printing , when other staff offer to serve she tells them to do something else when these line for more then 5people waiting . My baby started to cry my arm was so sore never ever going back to this place . Second time I had the same experience here ,
I normally don’t like doing this but I’ve had two bad experiences with this lady now. Her name is Sandra and despite me insisting she type my name properly she said it doesn’t matter when it does to me? Was dismissive of me, told her I wanted a poster print but tried to get me to print it in a photo. While I waited I sent my print to their email and she still made me wait while she served the lady behind me because my email hadn’t gotten to their system yet despite me already waiting 10mins for my turn so had to wait another 10.
Personally not a fan of giving bad reviews. However the woman who served me was really pleasant. I felt her professionalism warranted a star on its own. Hence the 2 stars and not 1. The man who claimed he was the store manager needs to work on his approach and demeanor. He insisted on telling me how to use the photo kiosk when I never asked for his help, and despite the fact I've used it 100s of times without assistance just fine. Then in a passive aggressive manner he told me to stop trying to sign into my account and insisted I don't do that and to just sign in as a guest... I explained I know what I'm doing, I have saved jobs in my account that I wanted to print. Moments later, I picked up a couple of photo frames and found one that I liked. I asked the same man if they had this in black and not white. He responded with: 'do you see any black ones on the shelf? Because that's all we got'. I know his response sounds harmless, but it was the tone he used with me. I wasnt to know thats all they had in stock. There was nothing to indicate this is all they had in stock. It wasn't a clearance... I was hoping he would check the computer or have a look around the back. But clearly he was having none of that. As I am standing in the queue to pay, he's arguing with a Asian woman customer & while she was becoming visibly upset and angry the more he spoke insisting he's only trying to help. But again it was his tone. I am a manager myself and everything I experienced/witnessed was a big fat fail on his part. Read the room mate, at some point you have to realise the problem isn't everyone around you. It's you!
I don’t like to do this but the short hair lady who is working at the print area makes both my daughter and me very upset for taking passport photos. The lady looked unhappy, but I believe we deserved a better service, since we were nice and polite.
I've asked to not cut the laminated prints, but they still insisted and charged me for it. I have a slicer at home and didn't need getting them cut for extra charge. Plus the cuts were ugly and aren't sized properly. One side is small and other is big coz they were rushing. Not happy.. They also made me reprint some labels coz they made a mistake of shrinking the size when I wanted it fullsized A4 without border since I measured it myself and wanted the label to fit on my game cartridge. I was charged extra for the repeat mistake too. Also they wanted me to hurry up that I didn't send my images through mail but they opened it already and ignored it. I dunno why they're rushing when there's only 2 costumers there. Edit: Tho I will give 2 stars coz weeks ago I was served by someone else who was rly nice and always asked if we wanted to cut it or no instead of this one that served me today that was doing things I didn't want them to do.
Terrible customer service, so understaffed. I waited 30 mins for help at the photo kiosk before giving up and walking out.
Very bad service, specially the lady on the printing section got too much attitude which doesn’t match with her work.she doesn’t consider every customer important.she need to work on her behaviour.
